Women in Business Leadership Program 2026
NORTH Link has proudly concluded another successful year of the Women in Business Leadership (WIBL) Program — a transformative initiative developed in partnership with Leadership Victoria to support and empower women across Melbourne’s north who are aspiring to move into mid-to-senior leadership roles.
Now a cornerstone of the region’s professional development landscape, the 2026 series brought together a diverse group of talented and driven women, offering them a structured yet dynamic space to strengthen their leadership capabilities, build genuine confidence, and forge meaningful professional connections that extend well beyond the program itself.
“Through a combination of expert-led workshops, peer learning, and networking, participants developed practical strategies to navigate the challenges of leadership and drive positive change in their workplaces and communities.”
The program’s curriculum is designed to be both rigorous and deeply human — addressing the real-world pressures women face on the path to leadership, from navigating organisational politics to building executive presence and advocating for themselves and their teams.
The 2026 cohort’s journey culminated in a special graduation event held on 27 May, bringing together graduates, facilitators, partners, and supporters to celebrate the achievements of this year’s cohort and recognise their commitment to growth, resilience, and leadership. The event was a powerful reminder of what becomes possible when ambition meets community.
The program’s legacy continues to grow. Many past participants have gone on to secure leadership positions, take on new challenges, and become mentors themselves, paying forward the investment made in their development and strengthening the leadership pipeline across the region.
NORTH Link extends its sincere congratulations to all 2026 graduates and warmly thanks Leadership Victoria and all program facilitators for their continued dedication and expertise in fostering the next generation of women leaders in Melbourne’s north.
