NORTH Link held its AGM on 4 Thursday December 2025, and is pleased to confirm Jude Munro AO as its Chair.

Jude Munro AO is Principal of Jude Munro and Associates and is experienced in guiding large complex organisations as a non-executive director. She has served on 25 boards across 11 industries, including chair of QUU, Australia’s fourth largest water utility, a director of Uniting Care Queensland one of Australia’s largest not-for-profits with a $1.3 billion budget. She was the Founding Chair of the Victorian Pride Centre Limited and Chair, Victorian Planning Authority. She is currently Chair, Uniting VicTas, and Chair, Newcastle Airport.

Jude also mentors CEOs. Her last CEO position was as CEO of Brisbane City Council for 10 years. She led the Council with its $2.6 billion annual budget, 9,000 employees and delivered major infrastructure projects, such as the Clem7 Tunnel and delivered bus and other municipal services for 1.2M million people.

She has been given the keys to the City of Brisbane, in the Deloitte’s top 50 LGBTI executives, and awarded the IPAA Queensland Governor’s Award for excellence in the public sector and the UDIA Raymond J Peck Award for outstanding contributions and excellent service to Victoria’s urban development industry. She was named Victorian LGBTIQ Person of the Year in 2021 in the GLOBE Community Awards.

At the AGM, Jude thanked previous Chairs Linc Horton and Chris Heysen, as well as Acting Chair Frances Coppolillo, for their service to NORTH Link and Melbourne’s North.
