Key board partners at NORTH Link include the shires and councils of Darebin, Hume, Mitchell, Merri-bek, Nillumbik and Whittlesea, local tertiary education institutions and major businesses and industries. NORTH Link is involved in multiple projects across business networks and the community and is responsible for governance, project management, industry engagement, administrative support and reporting to partners and stakeholders on learnings and outcomes of this development.

Through its database of over 4000 business contacts, NORTH Link communicates regularly with local businesses and organisations of all sizes.
