Women in Business Leadership Training Program Session 3
The Women in Business Leadership Program is designed to empower and support women in Melbourne’s north who aspire to reach mid-senior leadership positions. This initiative pioneered through a collaboration between NORTH Link and Leadership Victoria, aims to foster growth, connections, and the acquisition of new skills among its participants.
Over the course of three successful years, the program has proven to be a catalyst for positive transformation among its participants, providing them with invaluable experiences and insights.
The core mission of empowering women in business leadership remains unchanged, and we are confident that in the fourth year, the WIBL training program will continue to provide exceptional value and opportunities for growth.

- Explore systemic barriers to women’s leadership.
- Gain new approaches to progress workplace challenges.
- Move to overcome self-limiting beliefs and create a personal action plan.
