This month, NORTH Link proudly concluded another successful year of the Women in Business Leadership (WIBL) Program, an initiative developed in partnership with Leadership Victoria to support and empower women in Melbourne’s north aspiring to move into mid-to-senior leadership roles.

The 2025 series brought together a diverse group of talented and driven women from across the region, offering them the opportunity to strengthen their leadership capabilities, build confidence, and forge meaningful professional connections. Through a combination of expert-led workshops, peer learning, and networking, participants developed practical strategies to navigate the challenges of leadership and drive positive change in their workplaces and communities.

The program culminated in a special graduation event held on 28 May, celebrating the achievements of this year’s cohort and recognising their commitment to growth, resilience, and leadership.

Many past participants have gone on to secure leadership positions, take on new challenges, and become mentors to others on their professional journeys.

NORTH Link extends its congratulations to all 2024 graduates and thanks Leadership Victoria and all program facilitators for their continued support in fostering the next generation of women leaders in our region.
