NORTH Link partnered with Caravan Industry Victoria (CIV) to hold a caravan manufacturers employment forum in conjunction with the CIV Trade Day held at Hyatt Place, Essendon Fields on Monday 8 August.
Approximately 20 exhibitors and 160 members attended the CIV Trade Day and discovered what is new in the world of recreational vehicles, and heard a range of speakers discuss topical employment issues, including accessing an employee assistance program and an overview of a report provided by ACCC.
Everyone had the chance to network with exhibitors and speakers to talk about the challenges being faced in the current employment market. There were lots of healthy discussions being held as well as potential solutions on how to overcome these obstacles.
